About the Event
Chakras, Meridians, Chinese Herbs, how do the Chinese stay so healthy and get so old while looking young. This retreat is about Chinese Medicine and you will also learn the Qigong five movements to stay healthy. Chinese Medicine For Maximum Immunity: Understanding The Five Elemental Types For Health And Well-Being .Let us know if you are interested.
We will start the day with some streching to get the day going. Each day we will do about two hours of theory and about one hour Qigong . In the evening we will get together to chat about the day and what you learned.
So if you want to know how to keep yourself healthy in the next months or years to come it is important that you know how your body works and how to use herbs and weeds as your new medicine. If not I think this is the most important Retreat you can do for your future and those around you. It will be worth your while.
