About the Event
If you are into sport and want a weekend with fun and sport then this is for you.
On arrival we will start with a training in the gym. After a great supper we will end the day with some Qi gong movements/or a good stretch class.
Good morning and we start the day with a light stretchng class. then breakfast after breakfast you have some free time to enjoy the jacuzzi. Then later we will have a fitness class, abs and legs and chest. And in the evening we will end with qi-gong movements.
Good morning sunday and a yoga class awaits and in the afternoon a challenge and before you head of home we will end with a relaxing gigong class togetherof a good meditation.
This might look like a lot but we are doing this the fun way. You just do what you can and we are there to watch over you. We will train with fun and laughter you will meet new friends and you will realize the the body is capable of a lot more that you thought it could. And if you train you need to eat well and I can guarantee than you will .This programme is subject to change.
